“Backpacks For Kids” Summer Voucher Food Program
Free Summer Food for Your Child is Available through the BFEY Backpacks For Kids Food Program
The BFEY Backpacks For Kids Food Program is teaming up with the staff at Kenny’s IGA to offer a supply of nutritious meals and snacks for families free of charge. Any child enrolled in one of the Lincoln City schools is eligible.
If you believe your child could benefit from this program, You NEED TO ENROLL by filling the form out below and emailing it to the Summer Voucher Food Program Coordinator, Pat Robertson at pat.bfey@gmail.com. Or mail the form to PO Box 843, Neotsu OR 97364. Only one form per household. Please include first and last name, grade, and name of school last attended for each child in the space below.
Vouchers (one per family) will be issued each week to families enrolled in BFEY Backpacks For Kids Food Program, which can only be redeemed at Kenny’s IGA Stores. The vouchers will be good only for the week
issued, and only to the students listed in household, and/or person authorized to pick up the food. The Summer program will begin the week of June 14, 2020 and continue for 12 weeks.
Backpacks For Kids Summer Food Program Consent Form
Please enroll my child (children) in the Summer Backpacks For Kids Food Program. I understand my family will receive one voucher every week for 12 weeks, beginning June 14th. Vouchers will be good only for the week issued, and only to the students in household, and/or parent who signs up for the vouchers.
