We kicked off Kids Heart Challenge! Sign up TODAY at http://www2.heart.org/goto/Taft. Let’s promote healthy & happy hearts while raising donations for the American Heart Association to fight America’s #1 and #4 killers, heart disease and stroke! Our school can also earn funding and PE equipment along the way!

Goals & Celebrations:
Student that sign up online will be put into a drawing to get to shave Mr. Cutler’s beard!!
And students that complete Finn’s Mission will be put into the drawing twice to shave Mr. Cutler’s beard!!
The class with the most students signed up will earn a free choice PE!!

We are excited to announce the School Based Health Center Poster Art Contest! This is a great opportunity for students to get creative while helping raise awareness about the mental and physical health services available through our School Based Health Centers.

Students are invited to design a poster that highlights the importance of health, wellness, and the support available through our school health centers.

Important Dates:

Poster submissions due: Friday, April 3

Winners announced: April 17

We are looking forward to seeing our students’ creativity and how they choose to promote healthy minds and healthy bodies.

I want to personally thank all the families who have already participated in our SchoolStore program! We are on our way to reaching our goal, but we need everyone's help to make sure our teachers get the essential tools they need to help our students succeed.

If your family has not participated, there's still time!

This safe and easy program is 100% online so there is no face-to-face selling, collecting money, or delivering products. Your child will receive a prize just for participating, and more prizes will be awarded when goals are reached.
