For the 14th year, Lincoln County School District is inviting ALL LCSD STUDENTS to participate in the annual Handwashing Poster Contest. We all know that hand washing is the #1 way to reduce the spread of germs that cause illness. Therefore, we invite you to help us “SPREAD THE WORD AND NOT THE GERMS” about hand washing.
All you need to do is design and color a poster specific to hand washing, fill out the contest entry form (with parent permission), and turn it into your school office or submit it via email to emma.beckwith@lincoln.k12.or.us. The winning posters will be published and posted throughout the school district for the 2021-22 school year to help promote hand washing awareness. By sponsoring this contest, we hope to make every person aware of the importance of clean hands, and help to reduce student absences by preventing illnesses.

Por el decimocuarto año. El Distrito Escolar del Condado Lincoln está invitando a TODOS LOS ESTUDIANES del DECL a participar en el Concurso del Cartel de Lavado de Manos. Todos sabemos que el lavado de manos es la forma #1 de reducir la propagación de los gérmenes que causan las enfermedades, así que los invitamos a que nos ayuden a difundir la “información y no los gérmenes” sobre el lavado de manos.
Lo único que necesita hacer es diseñar y colorear un cartel específico para lavarse las manos. Completar el formulario para participar en el concurso (con el permiso de los padres) y entregarlo en la oficina de su escuela o envíelo vía email a emma.beckwith@lincoln.k12.or.us. Los carteles ganadores serán publicados en todo el Distrito Escolar durante el año escolar 2021-2022 para ayudar a promover el lavado de manos. Al patrocinar este concurso, esperamos que cada persona tome conciencia de la importancia de tener las manos limpias y ayudar a reducir las ausencias de los estudiantes al prevenir las enfermedades.
